Fire in neighboring buildings occurred Saturday night, facility was open on Monday without approval by this Department. After a power outage, water damage or fire, even if the facility is not directly involved in a fire, the facility must remain closed to the public (no serving of food or beverages) until an inspection is performed by Department staff.

Power was off at the facility for 12 hours. Foods were not disposed from the refrigerators but the freezers had been checked. Manager voluntarily disposed of cheeses, meat toppings for pizzas, ham, pre-cooked ribs from freezer (showed signs of thawing and refreezing), coleslaw, cottage cheese, and cut tomatoes. Grease in fryers was uncovered. Change grease to protect the public from potential contamination. Manager agreed to correct the violations.
