Glove change does not replace hand washing. Observed cook change gloves without washing his hands. Shall wash hands with soap and water prior to putting on clean gloves.

Open beverage containers in food preparation area. Employees shall only drink from beverage containers with a tight fitting lid and straw in food/beverage preparation and dishwashing areas. Sign located by the waitstaff fountain pop machine states "Use cone cup for your drink". Employees shall not drink from these cone cups in this area.
