A container of corn starch in the back area of kitchen was not labeled. All working containers of foods that are not readily identifiable (ie. flour, sugar, corn starch) should be labeled with the common name of food.

All food must be stored at least 6-inches off the floor. Adjust the shelving located outside the walk-in cooler, near the ice machine, and the undershelf at the prep table in the kitchen to provide adequate space for cleaning.

The underside of the pass-through in the kitchen is exposed wood. The wood must be sealed to provide a cleanable surface. Owner states he will use a light-colored epoxy sealant.

A light in the two-door reach in cooler at the bar is not protected against breakage. Cover the light or remove the fixture. All lights must be protected against breakage.
