      Some products are stored on cardboard directly on the floor. All food products should be stored on pallets at least 6 inches off the floor.

      Cement on roll up garage door next to exit door A slopes toward the door allowing water to seep inside the building when it rains heavily. Cargill continues to work with the owner of the building to get this repaired. Has been noted on inspections for several years.

      Cement on outside of roll up garage door next to exit door A slopes toward door allowing water to seep inside under door when it rains. Slope should be away from door.
    • Outer openings protected, loading door closed when not in use (Comment: )
      There is a small amount of light showing through under left lower side of roll-up door next to exit door A. Should seal area so that no light is showing through.

      A few mice have been found in traps inside the building. They are being found in traps close to the loading doors. The few mice that there are seem to be caught by the traps nearest the loading doors before they get to the food product. Making sure loading doors are closed and making sure loading doors are properly sealed is the key to making sure these rodents do not gain entry to the building.

      There is a sizeable gap under the loading door #3 which needs to be sealed so that no daylight can be seen underneath the door when closed.
