Observation:Seal bare wood where magnetic knife strip is located, seal with at least two coats of light colored paint or varnish.

Observation:Cutting board stored behind faucet of handsink in warewashing area, must be washed and sanitized and stored in clean area.

Observation:Some light showiing through back door, must seal to prevent pests from entering.

Observation:Cases of frozen food stored on floor in walk in freezer, all foods must be stored at least 6 inches off floor.

Observation:Handsink blocked by soiled dishes, must keep this handsink available at all times to aid handwashing. Items moved at time of inspection.

Has wet wiping cloth at front counter, must keep in sanitizer water when wet, made up bucket for wiping cloth now, must keep sanitizer water available for wiping surfaces as needed, when open for business.

Has three cases of food and two bags of ice on floor in walk in cooler, need to store all foods at least 6 inches off floor.
- Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
Handwashing sink blocked by cans, removed now to have sink accessible for handwashing, must keep accessible at all times.

Ingredient label not provided for the donuts must have available for customer questions. Corporate does have poster available, and will order, if continues to stock this product.
