    Observation:Does not have date on meat items for roller grill, ie brats, hot dogs, and the open bags of milk in creamer dispensor, must date mark and use entire amount in 7 days or discard, unless entire amount is used in first 24 hours.

    Observation:Seal bare wood where magnetic knife strip is located, seal with at least two coats of light colored paint or varnish.
  • Storage of clean equipment and utensils
    Observation:Cutting board stored behind faucet of handsink in warewashing area, must be washed and sanitized and stored in clean area.
  • Outer openings are protected
    Observation:Some light showiing through back door, must seal to prevent pests from entering.
  • Plumbing system maintained in good repair
    Observation:Men's RR sink and warewashing area running slowly, clear drain.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation:Cases of frozen food stored on floor in walk in freezer, all foods must be stored at least 6 inches off floor.

    Observation:Handsink blocked by soiled dishes, must keep this handsink available at all times to aid handwashing. Items moved at time of inspection.
