    Observation:Observed employee handling hot dog buns with bare hands. Spoke with employee about using gloves, tongs, deli tissues, etc.

    Observation:Wet wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer solution.

    Observation:Ice cream scoop dipwell not running continuously. Maintain constantly running water in the dipwells or wash scoops between each use.
  • Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
    Observation:Observed hot dog packages thawing on the counter. Thaw in the refrigerator or completely immersed under cold running water.

    Observation:Observed thawed hot dogs not inside of cooling units. Observed french fries at room temperature.
