    Observation:Chest freezer with meats labeled "Not For Sale" in observed in basement, freezer was not locked.

    Observation:There are no paper towels for the bar handsink, employee stated hands are dried on cloth towels. Roll of towels brought to bar, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed bags of peanuts on storeroom floor and one opened bag on floor at the bar.
  • Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
    Observation:There is no thermometer in south upright cooler, where half&half is stored, corrected on site.

    There is no thermometer in beer cooler where milk is stored.

    Floor in storeroom is plywood, it is not nonporous and easily cleanable. Wall by men's room handwashing sink is particle board, is not nonporous and easily cleanable.

    Observed men's trough urinal with constant running water and no backflow prevention is no longer in compliance with plumbing code. Existing mop sink in basement was removed - there is currently no mop sink with hot and cold running water and drainline.
