    Observation: There were no test strips to test the quat sanitizer. Corrected on site.

    Observation: There was a container of raw pork stored over the bread and buns in the reach in refrigerator. Corrected on site by moving to a lower shelf.

    Observation: There are items in the kitchen that are soiled such as bins that hold the utensils. A good general cleaning is needed.
