    Observation:4-H Building - There is no thin tip digital thermometer to check the temperatures of thin foods, such as burgers.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: 4-H Building - There is no sign designating the handwashing sink. COS by printing a sign off.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: Main building - The ceiling is unfinished, exposing fiberglass above single use articles and walk in cooler in the storage room off of the bar.
