    Observed young child sleeping in crib in storeroom, where toys were also located on a carpet on the floor.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    The storeroom floor is partially painted, there is still bare wood in the center and south parts of the storeroom. Repeat.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observed shell eggs stored on top of food in walk-in cooler. Corrected.
  • Manual warewashing sinks requirements
    There are still only two compartments in the kitchen sink. A third sink has been obtained but has not yet been connected to plumbing. Repeat violation.
