Observation: Hot dogs on rollers held at 95*F. Employee discarded the hot dogs during the inspection.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: No date marking on breakfast sandwiches and burritos that have been removed from the freezer for longer than 24 hours. Employee date marked the items during the inspection.
