Observation: Plumbing under handwashing sink near cappuccino machines is leaking.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Reach in air curtain cooler was out of safe temperature range. Several internal food temperatures were measured: Sandwiches-46.4*F, Cream cheese-45.6*F, yogurt parfaits-45.3*F, cut watermelon and other melons-43.5*F, yogurt-47.3*F. All items were voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. Reach in unit was turned down during inspection and ambient air temperature was measured at 35*F. Service technician was also called during inspection to come out and fine tune/clean unit to ensure proper functioning.
