There is a large gap at floor level between the doors in the back store room with daylight showing. Install weather stripping or other means so door is tightly sealed and no daylight is showing to prevent pest entry.

Food (eggs, juice, ,milk, etc) is stored on the floor of the walkin cooler. Boxes of food are stored on the floor of the walkin freezer. Oatmeal and granola bars are stacked on the floor in the food display area. All food must be held at least 6 inches off the floor.

Numerous cans of expired formula. Need to check formula regularly and removed outdated. Expired formula removed from shelf during inspection. Corrected.
