    Observation: Half & Half at costumer self-service area not cold-holding (48.8F). Person In Charge voluntarily discarded food and replaced with new container from cooler.

    Observed the counter top in the beverage prep area by the espresso machine is in bad repair with pieces of the top layer of the counter top missing creating a surface that is not easily cleanable. Manager states that a new countertop was ordered but has not been installed.
