    Observation: Thermometer on walk in cooler reading 55*. Internal temperature was 43*. Repair people on site.
  • Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
    Observation: Kitchen hand sink- no hot water- plumber called.
  • Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
    Observation: Kitchen hand sinks need a splash guard between sink and food prep tables. Follow up will occur at routine inspection.
