      There is a sewer odor in kitchen area. The manager states a repair company was here the previous day to repair this problem. If the odor has returned the problem still exists. You need to contact a plumber to investigate the problem and repair it as soon as possible. Contact health department when this has been completed or an update if repairs will exceed one week.

      Soda dispensing nozzles have mold accumulation in them, remove and clean these nozzles. The soaking of nozzles does not remove this mold, wash in the 3 compartment sink at least weekly.

      Bottom of hot holding drawers, bottom of fryers, cooler seals, shelving is in need of cleaning. replace torn cooler seals.

      Floors under and behind equipment, under front line, in walkin cooler, walls, are in need of thorough frequent cleaning. Check with chemical company for a floor cleaner that will remove grease accumulaton on floors. Replace missing cieling tile.
