    Observation: Thin probe, tip sensitive, digital thermometer not present for checking temperatures in thin foods.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Raw hamburger stored over ready to eat soups in the prep cooler. Hamburger was moved to a lower shelf.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: Hnadwashing signage not present at handwashing sinks.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: Test kit for checking sanitizer concentration not present. Test kits were ordered by TPC representative during inspection.
  • Disclosure of menu items offered or served raw or undercooked
    Observation: Consumer advisory not posted for items available undercooked (hamburgers and steaks).
  • Raw animal foods separated from each other during storage, separation, holding, and display
    Observation: Raw hamburger stored over whole raw beef, bacon, and weiners in the walk in cooler. Raw hamburger moved to a lower shelf.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Utensil storage containers are soiled. Non-food contact surfaces of the pizza oven are soiled.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Handwashing sink on the cook line had cleaning pads in it at start of inspection. Corrected on site.
