    Observation: Large accumulation of dead insects in the light fixtures.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat items in the reach in cooler and walk in cooler. Raw shell eggs moved to lowest section of each cooler.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Exterior surfaces of cooking equipment and storage surfaces soiled with food debris/residue.
  • Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
    Observation: Stainless steel polish stored on top of grill. Glass cleaner stored on same rack as single use napkins. Various chemicals stored over vegetable oil spray bottles. Chemicals moved to designated chemical location.

    Observation: Wiping cloths not maintained in sanitizer solution between uses.

When things break they do not get fixed for weeks.
Latte machine has been broke down this time for 4 weeks,just a few weeks ago the Mello Yellow wass broke for 3 weeks.

Today not accepting credit.

And what is bad is they do not inform you until you order.
I go there for what I want, not what they do not have currently..

There is always something broke. At this McDonalds!!!!
