Observation: Employee with gloves on placed blue glove over existing gloves to compact trash. Removed blue glove but kept first set of gloves on to continue work.

Observation: Hand washing sign missing from handsink near dishwashing area. Manager hung handwashing sign during inspection.

Observation: Nozzles of soda machine with visible build up. Manager had employee strip nozzles to clean during inspection.

Observation: Nozzles on the soda dispenser in the dining area have visible soil build-up.

Observation: Ice scoop stored in ice with handle touching ice. Employee moved scoop to the proper storage area.
- Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
Observation: No procedure for norovirus clean up.
- When to wash
Observation: Employee from kitchen moved out of kitchen with gloves on. Re-entered kitchen, removed gloves and donned new gloves without washing hands.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Thermometer broken in the double sided 4 door cook line cooler and the milk cooler near the coffee area. Thermometers missing from 2 creamer coolers near the coffee area. Employee replaced thermometers placed in all locations.

Observation: Hand washing signs missing from the kitchen line and dish washing station hand sink. Signs hung at these hand sinks.

Observation: Sliced cheese and egg/sausage mix out at room temperature and not labeled with time.

Observation: Papertowel dispensers not working and no papertowels available to employees. Manager put rolls of papertowels out for employees to use.
- Chemical sanitizer generating device is operated in accordance with manufacturers instructions and displays the EPA registration number on the device
Observation:No sanitizer at dishmachine. Corrected while on-site.

Observation: No handwashing signs at handwashing sinks by office area and dishwashing area.

Observation: Wet wiping cloths on counter.
