    Observation:Observed carpet in women's restroom at the handwashing sink.
  • Safe, unadulterated, honestly presented
    Observation:Observed container of moldy biscuits on top of freezer, discarded, corrected on site.
  • Beverage tubing, cold plates, and ice unit drain lines
    Observation:Ice for drinks is stored in the ice bin in contact with the beverage tubes and cold plate - there is no separation in the bin to keep ice for drinks from touching the tubes and cold plate.
  • Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1.5°C or ±3°F and are designed to be easily readable
    Observation:Thermometer in kitchen refrigerator showed 28 degrees, air temperature was actually 39 degrees, replaced with new thermometer, corrected on site.
  • Sanitizers
    Observation:Observed scented bleach is used to sanitize dishes and utensils in the third sink - unscented bleach obtained, corrected on site.
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation:Kitchen refrigerator thermometer showed 38 degrees, however several foods registered 50 degrees or above. The thermostat was set at 1.5, the warmest number. Thermostat turned up to 3.5, temperature decreased to 39 degrees, refrigerator thermometer showed temperature as 28 degrees.
