Observed employee throw away gloves and then put on new gloves without washing his hands in between glove changes. Shall wash hands with soap and water prior to putting on gloves or changing gloves. Handwashing and glove use handout left on site.

Utensil dispensing container (just as you enter the kitchen) and large brown container with misc utensils across from dishmachine have a build up of food particles/debri. Shall clean.
