Observation:Salads on one section of the buffet table are 46-47 degrees. Removed during this inspection and the new product is stored on ice, until service can be contacted.

Observation:Wet nesting of containers.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:No thermometer in the upright 2 door cooler.

Observation: Several food items from both make tables were thrown out during this inspection. Food temperatures ranged from 50-72. Temperatures will be checked hourly until the repair person can correct the problems with the coolers. Ice is to be kept high enough to touch the bottom and sides of the pans.

- Indoor and outdoor surfaces
The kitchen floor and prep,wash areas are in very poor condition. The new coating and paint did not hold up any better than the first time. This floor is not cleanable and must be repaired or new installed by December 30, 2013.

Thermometers are missing in several coolers-corrected.
