    Observed single use items such as napkins stored on the ground in basement storage. PIC removed items to be stored on shelving unit.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observed no hand washing signage identifying coffee bar hand sink.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observed shelving unit in kitchen next to stove and shelving unit above sandwich prep table was soiled.
  • Hand drying provided
    Observed no hand drying provided at hand sink at coffee bar.
  • Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
    Observed soup product such as Cheeseburger Chowder, Tomato Basil, and Chicken pot pie thawing on prep table next to stove. Food employee placed products into standing refrigeration unit across from stove.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation:Observed deli meat at make top did not have a date mark and cut/sliced tomatoes did not have a date mark.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observed no test kit to test chemical concentration of dish machine.
  • Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
    Observed no hot water at kitchen handsink.
  • Handwashing cleanser, availability
    Observed no hand washing cleanser at coffee bar hand sink.
