- Restriction-presence and use
1) Unapproved insecticide on premises-has can of Raid, not allowed in business, provide an insecticide that is allowed for use in food establishments. Will discard now. Correcting on site.
- When to wash
Need to wash hands after handling money and using cloth towel for drying hands, has hanging from waistline. Must use single use towel method for hand drying.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
1) Light in two door beverage cooler is not covered or shielded, provide a light cover such as tube and endcaps for this light, to protect from shattering. 2) Bar flooring-tile was removed but surface paint now peeling off in traffic areas, install a more durable finish to this area, light colored to aid cleaning. 3) Wooden floor remains in walk in cooler,not a cleanable surface, must have flooring that is cleanable. 4) Tile flooring missing by drain area in men's RR, repair to make flooring smooth and cleanable surface. 5) Men's RR door is not self closing, install self closure mechanism.
