    Observation: The front door was not sealed to the floor.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: The facility does not have a set of test strips to test quat sanitizer.
  • Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
    Observation: The PIC could not find the diarrhea vomit clean up plan. I provided a noro clean up document and the PIC posted it.
