      VARIOUS TEMPERATURE FOR CONTROL SAFETY TYPE FOODS IN TWO OF THE COOK'S REACH-IN COOLERS WERE 50 DEGREES. FOODS IDENTIFIED AS BEING ABOVE 41 DEGREES WERE VOLUNTARILY PULLED AND DISCARDED ON SITE. MANAGEMENT CONTACTED REFRIGERATION REPAIR COMPANY TO HAVE THE COOLERS LOOKED AT. ESTABLISHMENT IS DIRECTED NOT TO USE THE TWO COOLERS FOR STORAGE OF FOODS THAT REQUIRE REFRIGERATION FOR FOOD SAFETY PURPOSES.
