    Observation:Food handler not wearing a hair restraint during food preparation.

    Observation: Door to the establishment propped open. Door was closed during the inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.

    Observation:Toxic chemicals stored on shelving above food equipment. Toxic chemicals were moved during the inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: Ceiling tiles and air vents in food prep area are soiled with residue with dust and debris hanging from them. Top portion of the grease trap is soiled with food residue. Floors excessively soiled with dirt and residue in hard to reach places in the kitchen areas.
