    Violation descriptions:
  • 3-501.17B1 - (B) Except as specified in ¶¶ (D) - (F) of this section, refrigerated, READY-TO-EAT, POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD prepared and PACKAGED by a FOOD PROCESSING PLANT shall be clearly marked, at the time the original container is opened in a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT and if the FOOD is held for more than 24 hours, to indicate the date or day by which the FOOD shall be consumed on the PREMISES, sold, or discarded, based on the temperature and time combinations specified in ¶ (A) of this section and:
    (1) The day the original container is opened in the FOOD ESTABLISHMENT shall be counted as Day 1; and
  • 4-302.14 - A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L of SANITIZING solutions shall be provided.
  • 4-501.114A - A chemical SANITIZER used in a SANITZING solution for a manual or mechanical operation at exposure times specified under ¶ 4-703.11(C) shall meet the criteria specified under § 7-204.11 Sanitizers, Criteria, shall be used in accordance with the EPA-approved manufacturer's label use instructions, and shall be used as follows:

    (A) Providing an air gap as specified under § 5-202.13; or
  • 6-301.11 - Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of 2 adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
  • 6-301.12 - Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of adjacent HANDWASHING SINKSshall be provided with:
    (A) Individual, disposable towels;
    (B) A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; or
    (C) A heated-air hand drying device.
  • 6-501.19 - Except during cleaning and maintenance operations, toilet room doors as specified under § 6-202.14 shall be kept closed.
