  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --Sunglow individual packages of butter, marked "Keep Refrigerated", stored on top cooler portion of RIC#2 temped at 50.8. PIC COS by discarding and will begin storing butter in RIC.
  • KDA_5_20515B - --Kitchen handwashing sink was not draining and had sitting water in the sink basin. PIC said that it stopped draining late last night. Facility had alternative sink for handwashing that was located near soap and towels. Sink was COS during the inspection and is now draining properly. Discussed sanitizing the alternative handwashing sink prior to any other use with PIC.
  • KDA_6_20215A3 - --The two sets of front double doors have a visible gap between the doors that is open to the outside and does not protect against the entry of pests and rodents.
  • KDA_Defacto - --3 Vat sink CL sanitizer solution concentration tested at 200ppm. Two wiping cloth buckets CL sanitizer solution concentrations tested at 200ppm. --Cooked Eggs 190. --Facility did not have license posted but dining room was still under construction. PIC had license in the office and placed where visible to consumer. --Facility used Time as a Public Health Control for shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced cheese, and deli ham. I had called and spoke with unemployed by the name of Alex before I placed my order. It was 1:30 a.m. in the morning he was so nice kind of polite I could hear the smile on his voice. Wonderful customer service I couldn't ask for anything better and then he also requested that after I placed the order to call him back so that he can have it prepared fresh for me he is the best customer service representative that I have seen in a late night fast food restaurant Perfection at its best thank you Burger King for hiring Alex @ 1909 East Pawnee, Wichita Kansas
