In the cabinet below the customer self service fountain machine there is build up of soda syrup. The dual check valve might not be working properly. The manager said the Pepsi representative was just here and checked everything. Inspector suggests cleaning the area to be sure the carbonator is not leaking from the dual check valve and if it does leak to have it replaced.

The inspector spoke with the manager and employee to be sure employees are washing their hands after handling raw chicken and going to put cooked chicken in the hot hold ovens at the front make line. --Raw Chicken: 183.6F Par Cooked Chicken: 204.7F --Wiping Cloth Bucket: 300 parts per million quaternary ammonia.
