KDA_3_30212 - --On the East Wall, there was 1 squirt container of yellow liquid with no label. According to Person In Charge, the yellow liquid was oil. Corrrected on Site - Labeled.

KDA_4_90311B - --On the drying racks west of the warewashing machine, there were several lids (stored as clean) stacked together with water in between them not allowing them to air dry. Corrected on Site - Separated and allowed to air dry.
