- KDA_3_50113A - TCS Thawing (Refrigeration) POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD (TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD) shall be thawed under refrigeration that maintains the FOOD temperature at 5°C (41°F) or less.
- KDA_4_20211A2 - FCS (Imperfections) Multiuse FOOD-Contact SURFACES shall be free of breaks, open seams, cracks, chips, inclusions, pits, and similar imperfections.
- KDA_6_20214 - Except where a toilet room is located outside a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT and does not open directly into the FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the PREMISES shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door.

This was HORRIABLE!!!!! I had to sit in the drive through for 10-15 minutes just to place an order because the drive through mic does not work. By the time you get to the window, it's another 10 minutes to place your order then you have to wait for your food. Then we get our food and it was only 2 tacos and 1 chimchiga , it was the size of my granddaughters baby foot, meat did not have a any taste to it, totally BLAND and all for 10.48 Never Again!!!
Would you recommend POLLO EXPRESS to others? No
