  • KDA_3_50118A2 - --A container of beef stored in make table/reach in cooler did not have prep date. Person in charge said it was opened and placed in reach in cooler on 11/14/15. (corrected on site-container properly dated)
  • KDA_4_70211 - --Dishwasher had a reading of 0 ppm chlorine. The dishwasher was primed and had a new reading of 100 ppm chlorine. (corrected on site-dishes ran back through dishwasher to properly wash and sanitize)
