These folks can't hear! I had to repeat what I wanted on two sandwiches 5 times, giving very detailed instructions about what to and what to not put on them because I am very particular, which is ok given its my money I'm spending. Once I got back to work in my office, where I have multiple appointments scheduled and can't leave, I found both orders were completely and totally wrong in SO many ways! Fixin' burgers isn't rocket science but apparently they find it hard. I am a forgiving person by nature and thought that, like the restaurant my father owned, the customer was always right and kitchen mistakes were handled quickly. NOT so at this Rally's. When we called to tell them of the errors, they quizzed us over and over like an attorney at trial! They told us to bring the order back and as I can't leave the office again and needed to eat, they refused to offer any consiliatory remedy such as a free sandwich or something like 99% of restaurants would. Do not eat here. The food, if done right, may be ok at best, but the management and staff are unable or unwilling to treat the customer right.
Would you recommend Rally's #27 to others? No
