The service was not good. Every server I saw either was on their phone or standing in corners discussing the customers. The manager brought me a 3rd steak that was still well done. There were dishes everywhere and trash all over the restaurant. When my friend's and I were seated the hostess just slammed the menus on the table with silverware on top. And we felt like we were not wanted.
Would you recommend Red Lobster #563 to others? No

The red lobster on outer loop was clean the service is awesome but the food was not what I expected. For being my first time visiting red lobster the food was so disappointing, the fish n' chips cost $12.75 and all I got was a 6oz piece of fish and 4oz's of chips!!! And my wife's crab legs were rubbery not crunchy like we tought they were supposed to be. As well the meat inside has shrunken up. Needless to say we paid and tip our waitress cause she was awesome. I'll stick with Long Johns or Captain D's...
