Singh is an employee at this store and he has the worst customer service. Had an unfortunate event with my iPhone charger and had to buy a replacement. This 7-eleven is my local store so I decided to become a patron and spend my money there. Bad idea. Their customer service shows no compassion for the customer, they speak to you disrespectfully and deter you from supporting their business. Singh is rude and disrespectful when it comes with interacting with this store's customers. I'm sure after tonight's incident they lost a few other customers as well. And to think I wanted to support them! Never again.
Would you recommend 7-ELEVEN #20266 to others? No
