I went in and was greeted very friendly outside the front door and taken to a desk and offered something to drink and ask about my visit that day and took the extra time to help me with a new phone and answered all of my questions and put me on a affordable plan and took the time to show me all I wanted to know on my new windows phone and made sure I knew what my new phone number was and I wasn't pressured to buy another phone or start a family plan or anything just wanted to help me with what I wanted to do and everyone was so nice and helpful it made me only go to this at&t store each month to add more time on my phone
