Bank of America locations in Pensacola, FL

It's very convenient and the tellers are very nice and helpful. She showed me the BOA app I can download and she also stated she uses it. I thought that was pretty cool. Only had one concern. During 12-2 the bank should have more bank tellers working at that time. Especially on Fridays. It would help speed up the process of getting people in and out. Instead of having a drive thru teller trying to work drive-thru and inside (that seems difficult). But I do like how they manage to stay smiling and cheerful through it all. I like all branches but this was the one branch that told me about downloading the app and actually how to use it also.
