Burger King locations in Hendersonville, NC

as i pulled out of the drive through tonight i noticed a employee getting on her bicycle nearly in tears my dad was there earlier said the trainees were getting no help from their manager that poor girl it must of been her first job i saw her at the stop light and asked her if she needed a ride home but she refused i'm calling cooperate tomorrow there is so much wrong with what i saw i might never come back to this store i hope they don't treat all their employees like that

i went here tonight to order dinner for my family while i was there me and my kids got the wrong orders a few times and i noticed when some seemingly new employees asked a manager (big heavy set woman) what to do she would wave them off and let them figure it out on their own no wonder they got my order wrong i feel sorry for the employees working there tonight i know it's not the employees fault that i got the wrong order and if it weren't for the manager blowing off employees questions i would of given 5 stars

The food is fresher here, better taste then at the other BK's in town.

Wtf! Just got home with my meal and the nuggets and cheetos mac sticks were cold and rubbery! So I have been trying to call back to correct the issue and nobody will answer! I will be making it a personal vendeta to go there tomorrow because its so late now, but what was just a simple correction has become a real lack of professionalism and I will see that I am compensated appropriately or the bbb will be involved.
