It Is the best bank around Bridgeport, in fact the people at the bank are very patient and help you through out with every detail. Unlike the other banks around downtown Bridgeport, they are very friendly, I have all my accounts and do all my services from them, their prices are cheaper and the process is faster. I started out with this business as a student and have been with them for more than 3 years now. I would also like to add the service of Citi bank on the phone is the friendlies of all. I mean I have never seen such polite and better customer service, I sometimes feel my other services I take from mobile companies and internet companies could once in a while call them and see how real customer service sis [performed...let me rephrase ...how excellent customer service is....all in all I hope Citibank downtown Bridgeport keeps up their good work and help people like me help the business get better.
