Please make sure your online information is correct/ updated as to not give other loyal customers such a bad experience as I have had this morning. The information on your website specifically show hours of operation as 9am to 5 pm PST like all other banks. Certainly your are in the business of good customer service so a mistake like this can be crucial when on a tight schedule. So, again I implore you to correct this error ASAP. Thank you
When I waited 30 mins for the branch to open. Then to find it closed and have to wait an hour more to do my deposit which was supposed to be in last evening the 7th of January. I'm quite sure you can appreciate the reasons for my frustration. Again, thank you for your cooperation in this matter and all the years of good service to me me and my business and my family.
