A supplier chose to use DHL service to send me a time-sensitive shipment last week. Due to DHL's horrible tracking system, I was unable to determine that the shipping address was incorrect. The package NEVER arrived and the supplier decided to resend it. DHL's useless tracking system again made it impossible to know anything relevant about the package. Their SMS request to authorize delivery linked to a page with NO AUTHORIZATION OPTION. There was also no phone number available to call the delivery center. I would NEVER recommend using this service. DHL customer service is undeniably the worst in the industry.
Would you recommend DHL EXPRESS to others? No
