It's very upsetting to me that I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order to be ready after I waited 25 minutes before I even came to pick it up. It was not even close to being ready when I got here. I got no apology no explanation no nothing and quite frankly I feel that I should get a full refund of my money being that I had to wait so long. It actually seemed as if they forgot to make my order.
