My family and I visited this restaurant yesterday afternoon, and I was extremely upset with the service. When we ordered at the menu board at the drive-thru, the cashier told us 15.00 for everything, then when I got to the window, it was 18.00. "The system erased one of the items" is what I was told. As we tried to make sure we had everything before we took off, they kept trying to give us other people's food twice. I pulled out one of the cheeseburgers I ordered as we drove off and only to find out that there was NO MEAT! I immediately went inside to show the cashier the burger. I brought the other cheeseburger inside, unwrapped it at the counter, only to find out that cheeseburger didn't have any meat either. I had a few unkind words with the manager about the customer service and the lack of professionalism at this establishment. The entire crew, to include the manager that worked at this location At 3 pm on the 24th of July 2016, should seek other employment. People are sick and tired of substandard customer service.
