Iced tea was All ice, two sips and it was gone. Training.???

Did not get my coffee or fries. Our drinks were flat.

The crew is not very friendly and every time I stop there the shake machine is either broken or once at noon they were cleaning it. It is also the worst in getting food out to you in a timely manner.

Let me ask you this... how many times do you have to go through the drive thru just to get some Damn tarter sauce?? That you paid for none the less. A friend and I went and got some lunch then and ordered some tarter sauce that we agreed to pay the extra for so then we get our food and drive away and realize the tarter sauce isn't there. So we go through the drive thru again and explain what happened and they told us okay pull up to the second window and we will give it to you. We get to the second window and they hand us out bag and told us sorry..of course we open the bag and guess what's in the bag?? A freakin cheeseburger that's what.. you may be wondering if we went through a third time? No because if they aren't capable of giving us some Damn tarter sauce I'm not gonna continue to waste my time.. always check your bag a people because we left without getting our sauce :)

ordered 4 happy meals was asked if I wanted gogurt I said yes got home and no gogurt ive visited this store many times and every time I'm missing something when I call to complain they want me to come back to get what they forgot forget it I will go somewhere else to get food

you really need to consider having more than two people working the drive thru after 11 p.m. waiting over 20 minutes for two Big Macs and a large drink in a fast food restaurant seems a little ridiculous to me. I do not find this very good customer service and will not recommend this McDonald do any of my friends when I can go to Jack in the Box and get my food within 5 minutes obviously you're there for the money and not the customer...

this is a great place with friendly people, and friendly services. the enviermet is clean, and the atmosphere is comfy. you can enjoy reading the newspaper while having a nice warm cup of coffee. the area is neat and tidy, and the tables wiped down clean, its a family friendlily place so kids are welcome. kids menus are the cutest. i enjoyed my visit, and look forward to going back regularly. it was roomy , different, and just laid back and comfy; almost like home, but instead your out. i truly believe when you are here. you automatically think the words. I AM LOVING IT.

Great store! Great leaders; Alisha, Jacob, Darvin and my favorite lady, (Alias, don't complain). The store does do the best they can to make earth a beautiful place.

Store ambiance is clean and great. A little music and a sticker displaying or illustrating power outlet location on the green bar like dine area will be a great addition.

Hosting kids events in the play place will also be a great way to generate additional revenue. Perhaps, even a limited "child day care center" for working parents since the play place already creates an ideal environment for that.

Catering to the soccer team across the field will also help generate additional revenue. Sale of "healthy smoothie" etc. during soccer games.
