UPS locations in Bronx, NY

I had a package that was sent to this location and it was next day air. Some information was missing for delivery and it wasn't delivered. The package was missing an apartment number. I put my phone number down and received no call from the carrier. It was a birthday present and I paid extra to assure delivery. In addition, one could see the names next to the boxes to go above and beyond. I called to update and was guaranteed next day service. They package was never sent it out said ups customer service and assured me it was the stores responsibility to update and nowdue to the holiday it will not be sent until Tuesday. They were tickets for a Monday game and now it was just wasted bc they never followed trough. I so angry because although yes it was missing an apartment number, it was sent next day air for a reason and sometimes to complete your job you go that extra mile and a phone call to the number on the box would have solved the problem
