A package was delivered for me yesterday 10/27/16 in the pouring rain with no protective covering. The box was saturated and the packing slip on the inside was wet. I have contacted the shipper to let them know this but plan to keep the item so no return will be necessary in this instance.
This is not the first time this has happened. There have been numerous similar instances in the past with deliveries from the Dover, NH office. I live on Woodbury Ave in Portsmouth and Dover is far enough away that I wouldn't have time to drop by to discuss this and file a formal complaint. Your phone number is 800 and makes it very difficult/ impossible to speak to anyone of authority at your location.
Your provided service is very poor. Your personnel appear to be poorly trained and careless. I will make an effort in the future to use other shippers, Fedex or USPS for deliveries.
Would you recommend UPS Drop Box to others? No
