Dropped my package off at this location. It was scanned in by them but UPS says they never received the package, but the retail location assumes no responsibility even though they were the last ones with the package and scanned the item in. Been looking for resolution of this matter for over three months. Worst part is I even insured the package and now my business is out $750.00. The retail location and UPS cannot come to an agreement on who owe us so we are just shit out of luck!
Would you recommend UPS Alliance Locations to others? No
