There was Quite a few people in line waiting to ship various packages, but the very Nice lady at the counter didn't get frustrated with me even though I had the wrong tape sealing my parcel, and she helped me package it up properly. She was very pleasant, kind and professional under the circumstances. she very politely explained why the tape I had chosen to use was inadequate in that it would get caught and ripped and torn by the friction of the conveyor belts potentially causing damage to my parcel. she then taped over with the proper tape and wished me well encouraging me to use the proper tape moving forward. I would from this single encounter with a calm and kindhearted employee, recommend that others use this office for shipping their packages as well.
