Say they will call back and do not. Knew for 4 hours they had an urgent lover ought letter from Cleveland Clinic but refused to deliver it earlier thanks was slotted. Thanks to inadequate management I was forced to wait until next day to get script filled. Totally unavoidable when given 4 HOURS notice to reroute in a small town. Totally uncaring and unprofessional. I will relay info to Cleveland Clinic and hope they switch to Fed Ex. Terrible service and caring. Overnight from a Hospital should take priority.

We received excellent service over the past six months or so. Even when it is busy, you usually are not in line very long. They are fast and your packages get sent on time and that is always. I have always had friendly people to wait on me and they always have a smile on their face to greet me. We also use UPS quite often at our residence shopping through Amazon Prime. I cannot praise UPS enough... I can always count on UPS, but I cannot politely tell you how wonderful the service is compared to the USPS and especially Fed Ex. Sometimes I will not even order when I know Fed Ex is involved! Great Job, UPS - keep it up!
